A unique residential area is being planned for Sarvvik
Kurkiranta, in Sarvvik, Kirkkonummi, will offer enjoyable lake-front living as well as being just a stone’s throw from the coastline, in an area surrounded by natural beauty. Modern apartment block homes equipped with the latest technology are being planned for Kurkiranta.
The new residential area is to be built along great transport connections, with the diverse services of Espoo and Kirkkonummi close by too.

New homes in the park-like Niittykumpu
In the Vuoritonttu residential block in Niittykumpu, over the next few years EKE-Rakennus will be creating five small but perfectly formed apartment block complexes, surrounding a sheltered yard area.
The homes in this block will span various forms to suit a number of different life situations: a limited number of loft-style homes, as well as luxurious apartments with roof terraces on the top floors of the complexes.
